Shipping Information

We ship within Canada only. Credit cards are charged at the time of order to reserve roots. Cancellations are subject to a 10% administration and restocking charge. Cancellations after August 1st will be charged 35%. No refunds whatsoever after September 1st.

All orders will be shipped bare root in a dormant state during the first two weeks of October.

We do not ship peony roots in the spring. We do not have potted plants available for purchase in the spring.

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be as close as possible to our actual cost. Root sizes and weights do vary so we have calculated our shipping costs based on average root size.
