In our never-ending search for the perfect double white peony we are delighted to have found Elsa Sass.  It’s a very late bloomer with lovely rose-form flowers. It is  fragrant, has strong stems and attractive dark green foliage. An excellent cut flower and an award winner too.  American Peony Society Gold Medal 1943. (Sass 1930)
