Bearing very fragrant, fully double flowers with frilly white petals that sport scarlet flecks, this popular, classic, very fragrant peony is probably one that we all remember from childhood. Festiva Maxima’s huge, fluffy flowers are borne on long stems and are great for cutting. Though hardy and vigorous, this peony’s large blooms will need some support.
