Itoh, Red, Single, Midseason, Fragrant, 71cm, 28”

This Itoh is a compact attractive plant that bears huge, bright scarlet flowers with contrasting golden anthers in their centres. Like most Itohs this peony has a shrub-like growing habit, will tolerate some shade and is lightly fragrant, but this variety has foliage that remains attractive throughout the year unlike some other Itohs.
